Feliz Navidad y Feliz 2013!!!

I don’t know how are this pants called in spanish but in english the style is called Knickerbockers and I have been meaning to make a pair for Gaby for long now. I had this pretty fabric in my stash, some dye yarn in grey, each thread is dye separately before being woven. At the same time I made the tunic with pockets on the front, both pieces are from this japanese book. The Tunic was made from a very light weight flannel that’s so nice to work with.

The dye yarn I bought it from Alewives Fabrics and the Flannel I got it at Len’s Mill in Guelph.

Merry Christmas to all and happy new Year 2013!!!
